They would call me and I would look for individuals that had the degree, experience and criteria that the company was searching for. You can also try posting your resume in EDD, Monster jobs.com, and so many other sites that you can place your resume on. Also go to Temp agencies and explain to them your situation. They can give you tips on what to write on your resume in order to get employer prospectives. Remember that if it is a really good company they might start you at a lower wage than you are use to however after a period of time you can prove to them through your job performance and they might give you a pay raise. Specially if you have a degree or experience. Many companies first want to see what you have to offer to them before they know your worth. Well I hope this is of some help to you.
My name is Monica3 and I am a licensed day care provider. I am a mother of 4 children. In my daycare I have 11 children. My goal is to prepare children to go to school. I believe that they are the future and I not only want to take care of children I also want to teach and prepare them for school. I expose them now to abc's, shapes, colors, etc. However, if I know more in debt about how children learn and how I can be a tool to help them be successful in school why not learn all their is to learn about early childhood in order to be a good teacher to them.
When my children are grown up I plan to persue a career in being an Educator in the public realm.
I plan to go to school and get my Masters in early childhood however the cost is 20K. I would like to know if anyone knows where I can apply for scholarships and grants.
